These terms govern access to FUNDINGGAUG≡™ pages, partner workflows, and related services.

Use of Service

Users may access the service only for lawful business and financing-readiness purposes. Reverse engineering, abuse, or fraudulent use is prohibited.

No Lending Decision

FUNDINGGAUG≡™ provides modeled qualification intelligence and workflow tools. It is not itself a lender, bank, or credit decision issuer unless explicitly stated.

Partner Use

Partner deployments may include co-branded intake, dashboards, analytics, and CRM/API integration. Access may be suspended for misuse, non-payment, or policy violations.

Billing

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing interval unless otherwise stated. Additional custom implementation, onboarding, or revenue-share terms may be governed by separate agreement.
